Deadlines
Scholarship applications are due by Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 5:00 PM PDT. Latin Fabrique is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible applications nor for electronic transmission errors regardless of cause. The information provided by you on your scholarship application is subject to Latin Fabrique’s Privacy Policy.

Requirements
Scholarship applicants must complete all required questions on the Latin Fabrique Student Scholarship application form.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to apply for a Latin Fabrique's Developer Application  Contest you must be over the age of 18 years of age by the time this program is supposed to be submitted. Must create application using either Javascript or HTML-5. Should your application fall under one of the 6th best application, the contest must be able to explain what/how the application was done. Therefore must have knowledgable understanding of the language and description code. 
You can either be enrolled part-time or full-time in a course of study in which case you must provide proof of school enrollment with current course registration. Void where prohibited by law. Eligibility is subject to verification by Latin Fabrique Employees of Latin Fabrique LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in same household of each are not eligible.

Only one prize will be awarded per applicant. Prizes are non-transferable. There will be no substitution of prizes and no cash awarded in lieu of prizes. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of scholarship, or prize, recipient. Latin Fabrique reserves the right to substitute the entire prize for a prize of equal or greater value. Judging
Applications will be judged on technical ability, creativity of ideas, both while expressing the product's goals, and also presentation. If there is a tie between applicants in the final judging process, Latin Fabrique will base its final decision on the creativity of ideas, as outlined in the applicant’s developer  application.

General Terms
All international, country, federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By applying for a scholarship, or prize contest,  applicant agrees to hold Latin Fabrique and its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of applicant’s application and/or acceptance of the scholarship/contest that you are applying for. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this program or use/redemption of the scholarship/contest. Applicants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all respects. Applicant agrees that Latin Fabrique shall not be responsible for any typographical or other errors in the administration of Latin Fabrique Developer Scholarship/Contest. By applying for this scholarship/contest, applicant grants permission to Latin Fabrique and its agents to use recipient’s name and/or likeness and/or any program code for purposes of advertising/trade/sales without further compensation to recipient (unless prohibited by law). Applicant understands that only those who win prizes, or scholarships, will receive any compensation, but it does not bar Latin Fabrique, it's subsidiaries, or its client from using all or part of any submitted code.

Winners will be notified via Email or Phone number. Please submit proper contact information, after three contact attempts, winner will be the replaced with runner up.

2.     Forms that can have the user submit at least
                                  NAME/PHONE NUMBER/APARTMENT ISSUES 
a.     Apartment ISSUES with check boxes ----- Bathroom, Living Room, Light Bulb, Kitchen, Door        
                                  Handle, Lock malfunctioning, 
3.     Form that will allow Individuals to RESERVE a Community Center 
4.     Link with Contact information, which would allow Phone number to be clicked, and email to
                                 be sent through the Application 
5.     Allow Developer, to forward different pictures AND videos to users ones they open the 
                                application 
6.     Have a way of Creating an Individual User ID and Password for EACH user
